About Elagon

We are an embedded R&D and MVP partner for organizations whose ambitions outpace their bandwidth. We design, prototype, and ship the systems your team doesn't have time to take on — at the standard your team would set if it had the time.

Practice

Two services. Both opinionated.

§ 01

Research & Development

Scope, validate, and prove out a new technology initiative. Deliverable: a working system, decisions documented, your team trained.

Proof-of-conceptAI integrationArchitecture
§ 02

MVP Development

Idea to live product. Strategy, design, and engineering — handled end to end so you can launch fast and confidently.

Process

From kickoff to handoff.

A typical engagement runs eleven weeks. You see working software in week three, weekly demos thereafter, and own everything we ship from day one.

01DiscoveryWe understand the business problem before architecting any solution. Outputs: brief, success metrics, decision log, technical risk register.Wk 01–02
02ArchitectureWe design the system. Data, models, integrations, surfaces. Outputs: technical spec, schema, interface map, kickoff demo of the riskiest path.Wk 03–04
03BuildWe ship working software in two-week increments with live review. Outputs: production code, demo environment, weekly walkthroughs, written changelog.Wk 05–10
04HandoffDocumentation, training, runbook. Your team owns it from here. We stay on retainer for support and continued R&D if you want.Wk 11

What it does

Hosts online assessments and tests, evaluates students/applicants/trainees, and provides scoring, reporting, and admin dashboards for the institutions running them.

Who it's for

  • Education providers
  • Certification bodies
  • Government and immigration-related programs

Core features

  • Timed exams and structured questionnaires
  • Automated grading (MCQs + written-evaluation workflows)
  • User management for students, instructors, and admins
  • Institutional data reporting

Business angle

B2B SaaS. Stable, slow-moving, prints money quietly when you land institutional contracts and stay on top of compliance.

What it does

Sits at the center of an organization's stack — using AI to connect data, people, and workflows. Focuses on automation, insights, and recommendations rather than chat.

Who it's for

  • Businesses automating manual processes
  • Operations teams drowning in handoffs

Core features

  • AI-driven matching and decision systems
  • Workflow automation
  • Integrations with CRMs and external data sources
  • Optional agent-style interfaces

Business angle

Flagship candidate. Everything else can orbit this — it's positioned to be the brain of the platform.

What it does

Helps websites get indexed faster by Google and other search engines, improving visibility and reducing time-to-rank for new pages.

Who it's for

  • SEO agencies
  • Affiliate marketers
  • SaaS founders trying to rank

Core features

  • URL submission and indexing automation
  • Indexing-status tracking
  • Backlink and crawl optimization tooling

Business angle

Crowded market. Wins by being faster, cheaper, or better-automated than the alternatives — otherwise it becomes "yet another SEO tool people forget to renew."

What it does

Helps teams run cold outreach campaigns end-to-end — sequencing, lead management, and AI-generated outreach copy.

Who it's for

  • Sales teams
  • Agencies
  • Founders running outbound themselves

Core features

  • Email sequencing
  • Lead management and CRM-style tracking
  • AI-generated outreach messages
  • Deliverability monitoring

Business angle

Competes with Apollo, Lemlist, Instantly. Edge has to be better automation, deliverability, or tighter AI integration — a Kinnecta tie-in is the natural moat.

What it does

Lets founders present ideas to investors and audiences in a structured format, with feedback, scoring, and optional matchmaking.

Who it's for

  • Startups
  • Investors
  • Accelerators

Core features

  • Pitch deck hosting and creation
  • Investor discovery
  • Voting and ranking systems
  • Feedback loops

Business angle

Works only if real investors are on the platform. Without that, it becomes "founders pitching to other founders" — startup karaoke.

What it does

Helps users learn new languages through structured lessons and conversational practice — with personalization at the core.

Who it's for

  • Students
  • Professionals
  • Language enthusiasts

Core features

  • Grammar and vocabulary lessons

  • AI conversation practice
  • Progress tracking

Business angle

Competes with Duolingo and Babbel. Wins on a niche (business language, immigration prep) or stronger personalization via AI.

Engagement

Three ways to work with us.

Every engagement is fixed-scope and time-boxed. No retainers that drag, no scope creep, no surprise invoices.

Why companies choose us

Most companies know they need to innovate.
Few have the bandwidth to actually do it.

We bring senior-level AI expertise, world-class design, and strategic leadership to every engagement. We move fast without cutting corners, think deeply before we build, and deliver solutions that make your business run smarter.

Questions

Things we get asked.

How quickly can you start?

Most engagements begin within two weeks of brief approval. Sprints can start within five business days.

Do you sign NDAs?

Yes. We sign your NDA before the first call. Confidentiality is the default for every engagement.

Who owns the IP?

You do. All code, models, designs, and documentation transfer in full at handoff. We retain rights only to anonymized case study material if you opt in.

What stacks do you work in?

Python, TypeScript, React, Postgres, modern cloud (AWS / GCP), and the LLM provider that fits the problem. We pick the stack that matches your team's capacity to maintain it.

Will my team be involved?

As much or as little as you want. We work asynchronously by default, with a weekly demo and a shared Slack or Linear channel.

What if we need to stop?

Engagements are paused or cancelled with two weeks notice. You keep everything we have shipped to that point.
